Which service should I book first?
If you want instant glow and deep cleansing, start with HydraFacial; for texture or discoloration, choose Chemical Peel; for tightening/lift, pick Jet Plasma; for routine care or sensitive skin, book a Classic/Specialty Facial; shape/define with Waxing & Tinting and boost any service with Add-Ons.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean skin and avoid retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, scrubs, and self-tanner for 3–5 days beforehand (2 weeks if doing a medium peel). Skip blood-thinning supplements the day of, and wait 1 week after facial waxing for peels or strong actives.
Is there downtime?
HydraFacial and Classic Facials have no downtime; Jet Plasma may cause mild pinkness that settles quickly; Chemical Peels can flake for 2–7 days depending on depth; Waxing may show temporary redness—avoid heat, sweat, and sun for 24 hours.
How often should I come in?
HydraFacial / Classic: every 4–6 weeks. Chemical Peels: series of 3–6 spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Jet Plasma: series of 3–5 (1–2 weeks apart) with seasonal maintenance. Waxing/Tinting: every 3–4 weeks.
Can I combine services the same day?
Yes—HydraFacial pairs well with dermaplane, LED, and targeted masks; avoid doing a chemical peel and facial waxing on the same day. Your provider will stack treatments safely for your skin goals.
Are these treatments safe for sensitive skin, darker skin tones, or pregnancy?
Most services can be customized for sensitive and all Fitzpatrick skin tones; some acids and devices are adjusted or deferred. Pregnancy-safe options include Classic Facials, modified HydraFacial (no salicylic acid), and most waxing/tinting—please tell us if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding so we can tailor your service.
